• Copy of the blue card addressed to Togo Flag Administration as per below details:

• Copy of the vessel’s P&I cover (certificate of insurance)

For vessels other than Togo Flag:

• Official attestation letter from the flag confirming that they did not ratify the international convention on civil liability for bunker oil pollution damage 2001.
• Copy of registry certificate
• Copy of the blue card addressed to Togo Flag Administration as per below details:
